“CSGOSMURFPRIME is a website that sells ranked Counter-Strike: Global Offensive accounts. Buying and selling Steam accounts is a violation of the STEAM® SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT. You assume full responsibility for purchasing an account. If Steam restricts or revokes your account, CSGOSMURFPRIME will only replace or refund your account if you are still inside the seven-day warranty period. We will not refund or replace any accounts due to Steam involvement beyond these seven days.” Click here for more info

SMURF ACCOUNT ACCEPTANCE

When you buy an account from us, you must supply us with accurate information. Playing a competitive matchmaking game on an account entails complete acceptance of the account in its current state. Please contact us before playing any competitive matchmaking games on your account if it came at a different rating than what you paid. We will either refund the difference or create a new account. We cannot assist you with the rank difference if you have played any competitive matches.

If something occurs to any of your accounts, we are only obligated to pay the money you have given us for that account; we are not obligated to pay for your steam or game inventories.

DELIVERY METHOD AND TIME

Party Member reboosting is available only if the client has not played any games on the account. We only cover three lost games if the client has played any game on the account and lost matches. After that, we merely reboost to any random level, not the one for which the account was sold because the Elo points are lost.
